We provide a real-time deal creation and promotion platform that connects local businesses (merchants) with consumers through features like OfferDrop, TickLock, SpinDrop, real-time maps, notifications, and rewards. Our services involve location-based interactions, user profiles, and analytics to enhance user experiences.

  • Verification Documents: Merchants submit business verification files (e.g., licenses), stored securely.

  • Communication Data: Messages, support inquiries, or "Talk to Kiiwi" consultations.

  • Referral and Sharing Data: Referral codes, shared deal links, or social media interactions.

  • Usage Data: Interactions with our platform, such as views, clicks, deal claims, redemptions, and session duration.

  • Device and Log Data: IP address, browser type, device ID, operating system, and mobile identifiers.

  • Location Data: Precise geolocation (with consent) for nearby deals, maps, geo-targeted notifications, and features like ZapDeal (opt-in only). We may use approximate location from IP or device settings.

  • Social Logins: Profile data from Google, Apple, or Facebook.

  • With Merchants: Anonymized consumer data (e.g., redemption counts) for performance insights. No personal identifiers shared without consent (e.g., for ZapDeal, opt-in required).

  • Service Providers: Third parties like Clerk (authentication), Google (Maps, Cloud Storage), Firebase (notifications), and analytics tools. They are bound by confidentiality.

  • Business Transfers: In mergers, acquisitions, or sales, with notice where required.

  • Legal Reasons: To comply with laws, subpoenas, or protect rights/safety.

  • Aggregated Data: Non-personal summaries for research or marketing.

For cross-border transfers (e.g., to Google Cloud), we use safeguards like standard contractual clauses.
